Jim Amen is the visionary CEO and Founder of Amen Real Estate and the creator and lead trainer of SOAR.

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Jim has consistently ranked among the top professionals, earning recognition from the Sacramento Association of Realtors Top Producers Club for an impressive 13 consecutive years.

Jim is deeply passionate about empowering agents and team leaders through his coaching and training programs. Known for his tactical, data-driven approach, he combines proven systems with educational strategies to deliver exceptional results. His upcoming book, “How to Get to the Top from Starting at the Bottom,” is set to launch in the first quarter of 2025, offering readers a blueprint for success.

Leveraging a rich background in marketing and sales, Jim equips his teams, clients, and students with a distinct competitive advantage. His expertise is further solidified by his prior career as a real estate appraiser, during which he conducted over 4,000 home appraisals—an invaluable foundation for his deep understanding of home values and market trends.

Jim currently resides in California with his fiancée, Megan, and their beloved dog, Finn.

Megan Blackwell

Megan brings over a decade of marketing expertise to the team, paired with an energetic and dynamic presence that lights up the office and every client meeting. Her positive, can-do attitude is truly contagious, and she thrives on tackling new challenges.

In her first 8 weeks as a licensed real estate agent, Megan hit the ground running: she closed her first transaction, secured two more under contract (including a $1.2 million deal!), signed four active buyer representation agreements, and launched her first live listing.

By the end of her first year, Megan had closed 18 transactions, followed by an impressive 27 closed deals in her second year. Fast forward to 2024, and she’s already achieved 34 closed transactions with six more pending.

Megan credits her success to a combination of hard work, leveraging Amen Real Estate’s systems, support, and accountability, and fully embracing the hustle required to thrive in this business. Now, she’s paying it forward, mentoring the team on the technology and lead-conversion strategies that fueled her success.
